Experience / Skills Required: - A construction background and an understanding of estimating techniques. - Great knowledge of spreadsheets. - Ambition and great communication skills with a confident and flexible approach. - Experience working on civil engineering schemes with a main contractor. This role involves detailed analysis of direct and indirect costs along with regular reporting on the progress of tenders at all stages.
