Senior Estimator (Cat B Fit-Out) Location: Central London Salary: £95,000 DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Package THE OPPORTUNITY CPXR is recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join a leading commercial fit-out contractor based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator with a strong background in Cat B workplace fit-out projects who is looking to work on high-value schemes and play a key role in securing new business. The role will involve preparing competitive tenders, producing detailed cost plans, managing supply chain pricing, and supporting the commercial success of projects from initial enquiry through to contract award. The company offers an excellent pipeline of projects, a collaborative team environment, and genuine opportunities for career progression. THE ROLE Prepare and submit accurate estimates for Cat B fit-out projects through single and two-stage tender processes. Produce detailed cost plans, measurements, and pricing in line with project specifications. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations. Identify commercial risks, value engineering opportunities, and procurement strategies. Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
