If you re confident pricing projects, managing tenders and getting into the detail of drawings, take-offs and subcontractor quotations, this could be an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career. Salary: £50,000 £65,000 depending on experience. What You ll Be Doing You ll play a key role within the pre-construction team, helping to secure new projects and deliver accurate, competitive tenders from initial enquiry through to contract award. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing tenders, budgets and cost estimates for new projects. Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents. Completing detailed manual and digital take-offs. Producing Bills of Quantities. Preparing and issuing subcontractor enquiries. Obtaining, analysing and comparing subcontractor quotations. Building accurate project costs and tender submissions. Managing post-tender queries and negotiations through to contract signature. Maintaining tender deadlines and ensuring submissions are delivered on time. Attending site visits as required. Supporting the Pre-Construction Director. ..... full job details .....
