Senior Estimator - Major Infrastructure (Sellafield)Location: Sellafield, Cumbria Salary: Circa 70,000 - 80,000 + package Job Type: PermanentAbout the Role TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Estimator to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.This is a key role within the pre-construction team, responsible for leading estimates across complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and prepare detailed cost estimates for major infrastructure worksReview drawings, specifications and tender documentationEngage with the supply chain to obtain accurate pricingIdentify risks, opportunities and value engineering optionsSupport bid submissions and commercial strategyRequirementsProven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within civils or infrastructureStrong understanding of NEC contracts and pricing structuresExperience on major projects or within regulated environmentsExcellent analytical and commercial skillsHow to Apply To apply or find out more, please contact Leon at TRIbuild Solutions. ..... full job details .....
