They offer a wide range of housing options, including houses, apartments and pride themsleves on building to a high specification. About the opportunity: As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for our residential developments, from land appraisal through to construction and handover. You ll play a vital role in shaping the financial success of each project. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for new and existing residential developments Conduct feasibility assessments and cost planning for land acquisitions Collaborate with design, planning, and construction teams to develop accurate budgets Identify cost risks and provide value engineering solutions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, labor, and market trends Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing About the benefits and rewards: The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry.
