You will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for medium to large-scale commercial fit-out projects, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards.As Senior Estimator - CAT A and B Fit Out, you will be responsible for:Preparing detailed estimates for CAT A and B commercial fit-out projectsReviewing tender documentation and identifying risk and opportunitiesCollaborating with design and project teams to ensure feasible and profitable pricingManaging and updating cost databases, subcontractor rates, and supplier pricingProducing comprehensive reports, tender submissions, and cost plansMaintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliersThe Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience in estimating CAT A and B fit-out projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and commercial interiorsExcellent numeracy, analytical, and attention to detailExperience using estimating software and MS Office, particularly ExcelStrong communication and ..... full job details .....
