This is a senior position within an established pre-construction team, leading the pricing and delivery of complex infrastructure tenders while supporting business growth across rail and non-rail sectors. The Role You''ll take ownership of complex tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission, working closely with senior leadership, commercial teams and operational managers to develop winning bid strategies.
