Senior Estimator

Salary: Up to £95,000 DOE + PackageLocation: Remote - 1 day per week site/officeOur client, an established earthworks contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team.This is an excellent opportunity offering predominantly remote working, with typically just one visit per week to site/office. The Role: Preparing competitive tenders for earthworks and civil engineering projects Producing first-principles estimates for labour, plant and materials Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations Identifying risk, opportunities and value engineering solutions Supporting tender adjudications and project handovers About You: Civil engineering contracting experience is essential Strong estimating / first-principles pricing experience Earthworks experience would be highly beneficial Experience with Causeway would be advantageous Good commercial and technical understanding of civil engineering projects What''s on Offer: Up to £95,000 DOE + PackagePredominantly remote working - Only 1 site/office visit per ..... full job details .....
