As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business by preparing accurate and competitive tenders. The projects you will be involved in typically range from £1m to £5m, ensuring exceptional results for clients.Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out projects (£1m-£5m).Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project scope and risks.Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.Develop tender strategies to maximise win rates and profitability.What They''re Looking For
Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in the interiors and refurbishment sector.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills.Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.What They Offer
