Senior Estimator

We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing business specialising in groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame projects.This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with strong growth plans, having achieved a turnover of 8m in 2025 and projected to exceed 15m in 2026, with a longer-term goal of reaching 30m through repeat business and continued expansion.The RoleLeading or supporting the tendering and estimating processAttending site visits and tender meetings as requiredWorking closely with the commercial team and reporting directly to the business ownerInvolvement across pre-construction and commercial functions depending on experienceRequirementsMinimum 4 years'' experience within groundworks and RC framesExperience working in either an estimating or quantity surveying capacityStrong commercial awareness and understanding of construction processesAbility to manage workload independently and communicate effectivelyPackage and BenefitsSalary between 100,000 - 110,000 (dependent on experience)Hybrid working (mix of home and office-based)Flexible working arrangement (minimum 3 days per week)Fuel and vehicle costs covered for site visitsOffice hours: 08:00 - ..... full job details .....
