Senior Estimation Engineer

Senior Estimation Engineer (proven experience in Qatar is preferred)

This is a high-level technical role for a main contractor in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for determining the total cost of a project to ensure competitive and profitable bidding.

Responsibilities include; Bidding & Tendering, Quantity Take-off, Cost Analysis, Subcontractor Management, Value Engineering and Risk Assessment

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor''s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• UPDA/MMUP Registration: Grade A certified engineer is desirable issued by the Urban Planning & Development Authority.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Candy (CCS), CostX, PlanSwift, or AutoCAD. High-level Excel skills are mandatory.
• 8-12+ years of experience
• Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and the specific tendering procedures of Qatari authorities like Ashghal or Kahramaa.
