      <description>Location: Coventry | Salary: 450.00-450.00 Daily | Type: Temporary | Estates SurveyorDaily rate: 450 per dayLocation: Coventry office based with occasional work from homeContract: 3 months with review for extensionWorking hours: Monday-Friday 9 to 5Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Coventry Borough Council for a Estates Surveyor to provide support in managing a substantial case load of rent reviews and lease renewals ensuring the cases are actioned within required timeframes.Purpose of the Role:The post holder will have A good knowledge of Landlord and Tenant legislation, property management and RICS professional codes of practice.
