The role will act as Estates Workstream Lead for the Poole Bridge to Hunger Hill Flood Defence Project, providing professional oversight and advice throughout the delivery of the scheme. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the estates workstream on a major flood defence and coastal erosion risk management project Support the Council''s Estates team by reviewing and signing off relevant documentation Provide sound professional advice on estate management, landlord and tenant matters, and acquisition law Review detailed Heads of Terms, agreements and other estate-related documents Monitor the delivery of work undertaken by appointed commercial land agents and legal advisers Ensure that the Council''s interests are protected when working with landowners, stakeholders and project partners Collaborate with the Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management team and wider project specialists Support the successful delivery of the flood defence scheme through effective stakeholder and land management Job...
