As the postholder you will deliver a wide range of commercial estate management duties, ensuring the organisation''s property portfolio is effectively managed. You will be joining an experienced Estates team and will benefit from hybrid working which includes working one day in the office per week. Your new role The role is responsible for delivering a full range of commercial estate management activities including lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and asset management. As part of the role you will also be responsible for managing service charges and arrears. Within the role you will carry out property inspections and be involved in reviewing the asset portfolio including acquisitions and disposals and undertaking valuation work. Working closely with Facilities Management colleagues, you will also ensure assets are compliant and safe for occupation.
