Your new role As an Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of commercial and operational assets whilst supporting the council''s wider property and place-shaping objectives. Managing landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews and licences. Providing professional property advice across a diverse estate. Supporting acquisitions, disposals and valuation activities. Identifying opportunities to optimise and enhance property assets. Contributing to regeneration, investment and development projects. Helping to ensure that public assets generate both financial and social value.
