This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a varied property portfolio, delivering key estate management activities and providing commercial property expertise within a busy public-sector environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, regears, lettings and dilapidations. Lead complex estate management cases, providing practical and commercially focused advice. Identify opportunities to maximise income, reduce costs and improve property utilisation. Support valuations, asset reviews, acquisitions, disposals and option appraisals. Work closely with Legal, Finance and external stakeholders to deliver effective property solutions.
