This is a high-quality client-side opportunity for an experienced property professional looking to take ownership of a varied portfolio and play a key role in driving performance across a mixed commercial estate. Reporting into the senior property leadership team, you will have responsibility for Property and Asset Management across a regionally focused portfolio, whilst managing and developing a small team. The role offers genuine autonomy, strategic involvement and the opportunity to influence how the portfolio is managed and enhanced over the long term. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day property and estates management of a diverse commercial portfolio across the region. Develop and implement property and asset management strategies to maximise income, value and operational performance. Take responsibility for lease events including renewals, rent reviews, lease restructuring, regearing and other landlord and tenant matters. Manage relationships with occupiers, agents, professional advisers and other key stakeholders.
