Senior Estates SurveyorLocation: Gloucestershire Rate: Up to 450 per day Contract: Interim Ongoing Spencer Clarke Group are supporting a public sector organisation in the Gloucestershire area to appoint an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor on an interim basis.This is a hands-on estates and property management role supporting a varied corporate property portfolio. You will provide pragmatic advice to internal stakeholders and respond to external enquiries while managing core landlord and tenant matters.
