The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality or retail background. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ER professional who enjoys building strong relationships, coaching managers and providing practical advice across a varied caseload.Working closely with the wider People team, you will play a key role in ensuring employee relations matters are managed fairly and consistently, balancing the needs of colleagues with a commercial approach.The RoleAs Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will be a trusted point of contact for managers, supporting them through ER issues and developing their confidence in managing people matters.Alongside case management, you will have the opportunity to contribute to training, policy development and improvements to the way ER support is delivered.Key responsibilities include:Providing practical advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.Managing a varied ER caseload, maintaining momentum and escalating complex or sensitive matters where appropriate.Coaching managers through formal processes, helping them reach fair and informed decisions.Building strong relationships with managers and People colleagues across the business.Maintaining accurate case records and using data to identify ..... full job details .....
