Senior ER Advisor

Ready to make a real impact across a workforce of colleagues within a fast-paced logistics operation? We are looking for a Senior ER Advisor to join our Currys site in Newark. Working closely with the ER Manager, you''ll be a trusted advisor to operational leaders, leading on complex employee relations matters, driving people capability, and helping to create a positive and consistent employee experience. You''ll also play a key role in developing ER best practice, supporting change programmes, strengthening manager capability, and building effective relationships with Trade Union representatives. This is a full-time, permanent role, working predominately Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
