The organisation operates over 150 sites across the UK and internationally, generating annual revenues in excess of 4 billion.Key responsibilities of the Senior Environmental Consultant will include:Providing expert advice to clients on environmental compliance, ensuring alignment with legislation, best practice, and internal management systemsLeading the development, preparation and submission of environmental and producer compliance permit applications, including WEEE and related documentationActing as a key point of contact with regulatory bodies, including the Environment Agency, building positive relationships and ensuring effective communication and resolution on technical mattersIdentifying upcoming trends across the space and advising clients to help ensure best practiceThe successful Senior Environmental Consultant will have:Demonstrable experience in a comparable role, preferably within the waste, recycling or resource use industry.A degree in an environmental discipline or a relevant professional qualification, such as ISEP (IEMA).Practical knowledge of ..... full job details .....
