They''re now looking for a Senior Consultant to join at a genuinely pivotal moment - someone whose technical depth and commercial instincts will help shape a growing environmental practice, not just execute within it. Location: UK-based, hybrid with monthly office time and quarterly residential gatherings.Salary: £43,000 to £53,000 depending on experience. Contract type: permanent, full-time. What you''ll be doing Lead climate and environmental work for a portfolio of mid-sized clients - GHG inventories (Scopes 1-3), science-based targets, climate transition plans, and nature-related assessments aligned to TNFD and SBTN. Act as senior counsel to client sustainability leads and exec teams, translating complex technical standards into clear decisions leaders can actually act on. Advise on environmental management, double materiality, and reporting frameworks including CSRD, ISSB and B Corp Environmental requirements. Own the commercial performance of your client accounts - spotting where clients need more support and leading those conversations with confidence. Coach the wider team''s environmental technical depth, building capability rather than dependency as the practice grows.
