Senior Environmental Advisor

Carmichael are seeking a Senior Environmental Advisor to join the team working on a nuclear project based in Cumbria

• To be the Environmental lead on the project, working closely with the project team, stakeholders and the supply chain.
• To manage environmental aspects, ensuring the project is compliant with legal and ISO standards and deliver- environmental support to site. 
• Meet the client, stakeholder, legislative other third party and internal requirements on environmental standards.
• Contribute to the sustainability strategy development and implementation in the business.
• Encourage a fair culture; empowering and supporting your team or team members to initiate improvements to services by sharing information, questioning constructively, providing honest and open feedback.
• Look for ways to maximise the value of working together by building support, providing focus and given direction to deliver joint outcomes.
• Design, innovate and influence solutions to best address inefficiencies.
• Promote and drive continuous improvement
• Balance risk when considering innovative thinking and future possibilities.
