Senior Enterprise Architect - IT/OT6-Month contract - Inside IR35 - market rateGlasgow or Aberdeen based - 1-2 days onsiteElectricity/Energy sector Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise ArchitectureProvide senior Enterprise Architecture expertise across the Transmission portfolio.Work closely with the Architecture Lead to develop and maintain the architectural direction for the function.Contribute to the development of strategies, target architectures, roadmaps, capability models and other key architecture artefacts.Architecture AssuranceProvide architectural assurance across major projects, programmes and BAU initiatives.Review and challenge Solution Architecture produced by project teams, delivery organisations and third-party suppliers.Ensure proposed solutions comply with agreed architectural principles, standards, patterns and guardrails.Project and Programme EngagementWork directly with project and programme teams to understand business requirements and architectural implications.Provide senior architectural guidance on complex or strategically important initiatives.IT and OTProvide architectural input across both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.Understand the particular architectural, operational and risk considerations associated with OT environments.Work across the IT/OT boundary to ensure appropriate integration and alignment.Architecture Governance and AlignmentWork closely with Group Architecture to ensure Transmission architecture activity aligns with ..... full job details .....
