Senior Engineer / Package ManagerOld Oak Common, London, NW10 6DZ£51,000-£56,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance Lead Specialist Construction Packages at Old Oak Common We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Engineer / Package Manager to join a major infrastructure project at Old Oak Common. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in roofing systems, façades and structural steel packages to take ownership of specialist works, coordinate subcontractors and lead a team of two Package Managers and one Assistant Package Manager. Applicants should be based locally to Old Oak Common or within a practical commuting distance of the site. The Role You will oversee the delivery of allocated construction packages, coordinating design and site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting two Package Managers and one Assistant Package Manager. Managing the day-to-day delivery of allocated work packages. Overseeing subcontractor performance, programmes and deliverables. Coordinating roofing, façade and structural steel works, including interfaces with other packages. Working closely with design, commercial and site teams to support delivery. Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.
