Oversee Engineering team and ensure output is in line with company goalsDevelop and grow an established team of Engineers includingManage and assign Engineering resource to multiple projectsPerformance reviews and appraisalsTraining/upskilling practicesRecruitmentContribute to overall direction of Engineering DepartmentUpdate and upkeep of Engineering LibraryEnsure fluid communication between clients and Engineering Department for all client matters.Qualifications and Experience

10 years'' experience in Engineering project delivery rolesSC clearance is preferable for this role and the successful candidate must be willing to obtain DV clearanceRelevant Degree/HND qualifiedCDM RegulationsNEBOSHWhat We Offer
