Joining the B2B area means working on products with impact, high visibility, and significant innovation potential.What You’ll Be DoingLead and scale engineering teams (you will lead both EMs and ICs), balancing business impact with sustainable engineering practices.Shape and enhance engineering culture, raising the bar for technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation.Drive cross-team initiatives in partnership with Staff Engineers, Senior EMs, and Product/UX leaders.Manage and mitigate high-risk elements of major initiatives, ensuring alignment and transparency with stakeholders.Shape and enhance engineering strategy in close partnership with Staff Engineers and senior leaders.Attract, engage, and retain engineers and EMs, supporting their growth.Identify and resolve problems proactively, even in ambiguous situations or where negotiations and trade-offs are required.Enable other functions to perform at their best through effective, enduring partnerships.Who You Are

Several years of experience as a Software Engineer before transitioning into the leadership trackA history of effectively scaling and leading multiple engineering teamsStrong systems thinking with the ability to identify patterns and drive impactful improvementsExperience delivering scalable systems that address complex technical and business challengesExtensive stakeholder management experience with a focus on working with the broader business and the ability to create alignment across diverse teamsExperience supporting engineers and EMs in their career growthSolutions-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and initiativeAbility to clearly communicate complex problems to diverse stakeholdersConsistently sharing knowledge and seeking opportunities to improveExperience working in SaaSLifelong learner across technology, leadership, and ways of working, staying up to date with industry standards and best practicesContinually raise the bar for yourself and those around youLead by example through day-to-day work and the culture and values you promoteBelief that diversity in teams improves collaborationPromotion of a culture of continuous feedback and learningTechnologies and Services
