      <description>Location: London | Salary: 110000.00-110000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Senior Engineering Manager (Golang, AWS) Fully remote £110,000 to £130,000 plus bi-annual bonus  We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to take ownership of the engineering function at a fast-growing technology business, where the platform is written in Go and the team is being built out around it. This is the most senior technical position in the business, with a route through to Head of Engineering or CTO as it scales. You will lead the engineers and tech leads, set the technical direction across the platform and own the architecture calls that shape it. As the technical voice of the business you will sit with the leadership team on strategy, and own how the function grows from here: recruitment, headcount planning and the engineering spend. On a typical day, you will be making architecture calls across the platform, driving automation and testing standards, growing the leads and engineers beneath you, and sitting with Product and the leadership team on roadmap and technical trade-offs.
