Senior Engineering Manager Field Based £45,000 £55,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits Permanent 37.5 hrs Monday Friday Are you an experienced Dental Engineer looking to step into a role with more responsibility, autonomy, and opportunities to mentor others? This is an exciting chance to join the independent biomedical engineering provider, supporting healthcare organisations across the country while helping develop a growing dental engineering team. In this role, you ll take the lead on servicing, commissioning, and repairing a wide range of dental equipment, while also playing a key part in supporting and developing fellow engineers. You ll have the opportunity to influence training, raise service standards, and help shape a dedicated dental training facility at HQ. What You ll Be Doing Servicing, maintaining, and repairing dental equipment across multiple contracts Providing technical leadership and mentoring to a team of dental engineers Ensuring engineers are fully trained, supported, and equipped Helping to develop and enhance the dental training area Ensuring high standards of service and regulatory compliance What We re Looking For Strong experience with dental equipment: chairs, sterilisers, delivery units, air/water systems, and electrical elements Confidence in providing technical advice and supporting quotations Great ..... full job details .....
