Senior Engineering Geologist - LondonSalary: 45,000 - 55,000 + benefitsAn established ground investigation and geotechnical consultancy is looking for a Senior Engineering Geologist to join their growing London team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineering Geologist looking to take on greater responsibility across a varied range of ground investigation projects.The role will involve a strong mix of site-based investigation, technical reporting and project delivery, working across residential, commercial, infrastructure and civil engineering projects.The RolePlanning and managing ground investigations from initial scope through to completionUndertaking and supervising site investigations, including boreholes, trial pits and in-situ testingLogging soils and rocks to industry standardsProducing factual and interpretative ground investigation reportsReviewing laboratory and field testing resultsDeveloping ground models and providing geotechnical interpretationLiaising with clients, contractors and other consultantsSupporting project management, programming and commercial deliverySupervising junior engineers and engineering geologistsEnsuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high technical standardRequirementsDegree in Engineering Geology, Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or a related subjectStrong practical experience within ground investigationExperience producing factual and/or interpretative ground investigation reportsGood understanding ..... full job details .....
