We''re looking for a Senior Engineering Geologist to join a well-established ground engineering team in Aberdeen, working across a mix of infrastructure, energy and development projects.

This role suits someone who''s confident leading site investigations, managing ground risk, and mentoring junior staff, while still being hands-on technically.

What you''ll be doing:

• Designing and managing ground investigations
• Logging soil and rock to a high standard
• Overseeing site works and subcontractors
• Interpreting ground conditions and producing factual and interpretive reports
• Contributing to foundation and geotechnical design
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Liaising with clients and project teams

What we''re looking for:

• Experience in engineering geology or geotechnical ground investigation
• Strong logging and reporting skills
• Comfortable managing sites and dealing with clients
• Experience in the Scottish ground conditions is a bonus
• Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology or similar
