Senior Engineer

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to work on a major heavy civils and clean water infrastructure project in Southampton.

The role will involve overseeing works associated with cofferdam backfill, pipework installation, and heavy civils operations.

Senior Engineer Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate operations on site
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
• Lead and support site engineers, subcontractors, and site teams-
• Ensure quality and HSEQ standards are maintained throughout works
• Review and manage technical aspects of works on site

Senior Engineer Requirements:

• Previous experience within heavy civils or water infrastructure
• EUSR Blue is a MUST
• CSCS Card
• SSSTS/SMSTS
• Strong leadership, communication, and site management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced site environment
