The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to manage the technical site function for high-value construction projects in the Oxford region. You will lead the site engineering team, manage subcontractors, and work closely with senior management to oversee earthworks, groundworks, structural steel, cladding, and drainage packages. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Site Engineers, overseeing performance reviews and training plans. Technical Quality and Compliance: Review technical drawings, enforce RAMS, and develop and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) to maintain strict quality standards. Setting Out and Surveys: Oversee setting out accuracy within specified tolerances and commission required external surveys. Temporary Works: Lead the scope and execution of temporary works schemes in line with company safety procedures.
