The Role: Pre-Con & Technical: Ownership of ITPs , Material Take-offs , and managing Design TQs/RFIs . Site Setup: Initial site establishment setting out , control points, and as-built surveying. Operational Control: Managing Permits to Break Ground , daily site records, and coordinating material testing . Supervision: Drafting RAMS and providing technical supervision to the site team to ensure RC structures meet specification. Requirements: Significant experience in Bridges and RC Structures . Expert with Total Station & GPS . Degree in Civil Engineering, SMSTS, and CSCS. Experience working for a Main Contractor (managing subcontractors/QA).
