This is a long-term contract position requiring a highway specialist to take technical ownership of a major section of works. Lodge accommodation or a daily lodge allowance is fully paid for by the client. This role balances technical management and leadership, as you will be responsible for managing two site engineers while maintaining a high level of quality assurance across the scheme. Key Responsibilities Technical Management: Supervise and mentor two site engineers, checking their setting-out, data uploads, and daily records. Quality Assurance: Lead the QA process for the section, managing the ITPs, checking material certifications, and ensuring all work meets National Highways specifications.
