SENIOR MULTI-SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Job Title: Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Madeley Telford Salary: £46,528 Shift: Days Job Role of the Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established, industry-leading manufacturing business renowned for its operational excellence and commitment to continuous improvement. This position is ideally suited to a highly skilled engineer looking to take on additional responsibility, providing technical leadership and support to the engineering function while remaining hands-on with maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, leading fault-finding activities, supporting planned preventative maintenance programmes, minimising downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across site equipment and processes. You will also play a key role in mentoring engineers, sharing best practice, and assisting with the development of the wider engineering team. Sector - Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Demonstrable experience leading maintenance activities within a fast-paced production setting. Strong background in reactive, preventative, and breakdown maintenance.
