      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;55000 - &amp;pound;65000/annum | Type: Permanent | We are working with a civil and structural consultancy seeking an experienced civil engineer with around 6-9 years of post-graduate experience to help design infrastructure for projects including schools, housing, commercial, and leisure developments.   The job involves:    Designing systems for drainage, roads, water, flooding, and utilities  Assessing site conditions such as flooding risk, ground conditions, and environmental factors.  Using digital and 3D modelling tools  Solving complex design problems creatively  Helping clients with planning, strategies, and feasibility studies    Requirements     Strong technical engineering skills  Experience working on development and infrastructure projects  Experience of design software used in energy and environmental analysis  Knowledge of modern digital design tools and modelling systems    Professional qualifications are expected to include:    BSc/BEng (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering   Chartered Engineer (CEng) status and membership of an appropriate professional body such as ICE, CIWEM (or similar)</description>
