This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join one of the world''s most iconic luxury automotive brands and play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence across the Trim and Final and Vehicle Confirmation areas. As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and improving manufacturing processes that support quality, delivery, cost and safety objectives. Working closely with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Business Office and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to optimise manufacturing performance, reduce waste and deliver continuous improvement across the production environment. You will support the evaluation of manufacturing processes, tooling and facility requirements while helping to introduce smarter, more efficient ways of working. The role will involve analysing production performance, balancing manufacturing activities, developing process documentation and supporting the implementation of new components, processes and engineering changes.
