The role will help shape streets and communities by managing highway and transport schemes from feasibility and optioneering through to detailed design, procurement, construction and handover. This is an opportunity to deliver meaningful highways projects, working closely with client, commissioning, permitting, inspection and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage the design and delivery of highways and transport projects within agreed time, cost, quality and legislative requirements Undertake highway engineering design, traffic analysis, technical option development and scheme feasibility assessments Apply UK highway and traffic design standards, including TSRGD, TSM, MfS2 and DMRB Coordinate and supervise consultants, contractors, subcontractors and term maintenance contractors, including KPI monitoring Lead projects through feasibility, concept, outline design, detailed design, c...
