We are looking for a Site Engineer to join a growing rail infrastructure business. You will play a key role in shaping and expanding the company''s in-house delivery capability. As Site Engineer, you will be leading projects to Network Rail standards, driving accessibility improvements, and contributing to the growth of one of the UK''s fastest-growing rail infrastructure companies.Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of civils and infrastructure works in line with Network Rail standards and project requirements.Develop, review, and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality plans, and method statements to ensure compliance and safety.Provide hands-on surveying and setting-out using total stations, Trimble, and other digital tools.Carry out site inspections, audits, and quality checks to verify works are delivered to specification and standards.Requirements

Experience in civils/infrastructure engineering, ideally the rail sector.Hands-on experience with total stations, Trimble, and other surveying equipment.Experience preparing and reviewing ITPs, VoS documentation, and quality plans.Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and compliance requirements.Offer
