An exciting opportunity for a Senior Engineer - Configuration to join a complex and rewarding programme. This role is key to the successful delivery of the integrated product and programme in an efficient manner, and provides the opportunity to develop holistic knowledge of the power station design, as well as the opportunity to influence and improve the configuration and change management framework. Reporting to the Manager - Configuration, the Senior Engineer - Configuration will be responsible for embedding and leading engineering configuration and change management throughout the organisation. What we''re looking for- Lead efficient embedding and execution of the configuration and change management processes across the whole organisation, through training, coaching, and ongoing support to cross-functional teams. - Support Engineering, Safety, Programme and other interfacing teams with technical impact assessment of potential changes, supporting Change Reviews, ensuring that changes are managed in line with process, and ensuring that changes are implemented within the Change Management toolset. - Successful management of ..... full job details .....
