You’ll be a key technical leader, providing guidance across a range of projects involving structural concrete, precast elements, and innovative construction techniques. From concept to completion, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, durability, and success of our work.Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, specification, and implementation of concrete structures and systemsOversee quality control and testing of concrete mixes and materialsCollaborate with architects, project managers, and construction teams to ensure technical excellencePerform structural assessments and provide solutions for concrete repair and retrofittingMentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in best practicesEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability goalsWhat We’re Looking For

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related disciplineChartered Engineer status (or working towards it) is highly desirableMinimum 4+ years’ experience in concrete engineeringStrong understanding of Eurocodes, BS standards, or equivalentExperience with reinforced, prestressed, or precast concrete systemsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsHow to Apply
