With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to innovation, we''re looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to take ownership of QA processes, testing, and site engineering leadership on a major water/wastewater project. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage quality assurance (QA) procedures, ensuring all works meet design and client specifications. Direct and mentor site engineers, providing clear technical leadership and ensuring consistent performance across the team. Take full responsibility for materials testing and verification, overseeing ITPs and ensuring accurate documentation. Liaise with the design team to resolve technical queries, review drawings, and implement buildable, cost-effective solutions. Oversee survey control, as-built records, and maintain robust QA documentation. Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Management team to coordinate daily operations and progress reporting.
