Develop and manage relationships with engineering clients in the US market to drive growth in the energy sector.Source, screen, and place engineering talent for permanent roles in line with client needs.Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter Pro, CRM systems, and other tools to identify and engage candidates.Collaborate with founders and top billers to achieve revenue targets.Qualifications

Proven experience in engineering recruitment, specifically within the US market.Strong client development and business growth track record.Advanced LinkedIn skills and CRM expertise.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.What We Offer
