Working alongside experienced employment specialists, you will advise clients on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.Your work will include advising on employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance issues, restructures and redundancies, senior executive exits, discrimination claims, whistleblowing matters and Employment Tribunal proceedings. You will also support corporate transactions by providing employment-related due diligence and advice, while working closely with colleagues across the wider firm.The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to build strong commercial relationships while developing your technical expertise across a wide range of complex employment matters.
