      <description>Location: City of London | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | SENIOR EMPLOYMENT LAW ADVISOR - TRADE UNION    LONDON    -55,000    PERMANENT ROLE      Role Overview:     Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment is presently supporting a United Kingdom trade union which represents professionals and specialist workers in both the public and private sectors in their search for a Senior Employment Law Advisor.    The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and advising individuals and representing their cases with employers for issues such as grievances and disciplinary meetings to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience with providing employment law advise and a passion for working for a Trade Union.     Key Responsibilities:       Provide individual representation, including negotiating with employers to achieve positive outcomes for members.  Maintain detailed records of cases using a case management system to ensure consistency and high-quality service.
