A well-established and growing law firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking to appoint a Senior Employment Associate to join its respected Employment team.This is a key hire for the firm, offering the opportunity to take on a visible role within a busy department handling a broad mix of respondent and claimant work. You''ll work closely with senior colleagues while also having the autonomy to manage your own caseload and build client relationships.The team has a strong reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice, and you''ll be supported by experienced colleagues and a collaborative wider firm environment.The role will involve:Advising on a wide range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentiousManaging your own caseload with minimal supervisionSupporting employers on day-to-day HR and advisory issuesHandling Employment Tribunal matters from start to finishContributing to business development and client relationship managementWhat the firm is looking for:Qualified Solicitor with solid Employment law experience (typically 5+ PQE, but flexible)Confidence managing matters independentlyStrong client-facing skills and commercial awarenessAn interest in developing relationships and contributing to team growthThis is a genuine opportunity to step into a senior role where your input will be recognised.
