Our client has a busy project pipeline for 2026/2027 and they are recruiting for a Senior EA to join their friendly team of around 8 professionals. Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take lead responsibility as the Senior Employer''s Agent working on behalf of Residential and Healthcare clients. You will lead projects through early feasibility stages, design stage, tender stage, contract administration, and overall project delivery/management, primarily on high-value JCT projects including Design and Build, while mentoring junior staff and managing key client relationships.Review and finalise project documentation, ensuring the Employer''s Requirements, contractor''s proposals, and contract sum analysis are tightly aligned.Run the tender process, from pulling together the initial documents to analysing bids, interviewing contractors, and making final recommendations.Ensure contract documents are ..... full job details .....
