As a Senior ER Advisor, you’ll work closely with the ER Manager, ER Advisor, and HR Business Partnering team to provide a proactive and people-centred ER service. Your key responsibilities will include:Supporting managers in resolving complex ER cases using Just Culture principles, ensuring fairness and compassion remain at the heart of the processManaging a varied and complex caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment, and capability casesAdvising managers on best practice, employment law, and Trust policies, helping them feel confident in handling ER issuesBuilding strong, positive relationships across the organisation and providing clear, persuasive advice to managersWhy Join Croydon Health Services?
