Description

• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including handling complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices.
• Support managers by coaching them to handle employee relations issues effectively.
• Manage conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with current developments in HR and employment law.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Human Resources team to deliver solutions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case management activities.

Profile

The successful Senior Employee Relations Adviser will have:

• Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
• Current experience managing more complex employee relations cases within a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in coaching and developing others in HR-related matters.
• The ability to be in the City of London, at your own cost, on a minimum of 3 days per week

Job Offer
